Sustainable House Day

Sustainable House Day, 11th September 2011

CAFNEC and the Tropical Green Building Network are working together to coordinate Sustainable House Day in Far North Queensland.

This is a national event that is held every year to promote sustainable design principles and sustainable living practices. This year there will be 9 houses open to the public in our region, which each display a different array of sustainability features. A qualified building designer will be available at each house to offer free advice and feedback on your building plans and ideas.

Open times
Houses will be open between 10am and 4pm.
